The general instructions for use
the system SciTecLibrary
here are indicated:
- At registration in system your address of

on registration, dispatch, accommodation of the information of the users are
free for the users.
- SciTecLibrary does

USA, Inc and all rights on the publication
belong last.
- The users who have wished to place the
information on the achievement in range of a science and engineering (whether
it be - of news, article, reviews, technology, inventions, model, production

charge on our site a bit later.
