any category of the International Invention Classification. In addition,
subscription allows to obtain an exact information on every new patent
registered in Russia, and the only data you are interested in all selected

electronic form (text files) via the Internet or e-mail in the two ways a
subscriber have opted: formula of invention or available complete description.
Information for further orders and access procedures will be provided via e-mail
after fulfillment of your first order.

The Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIIP),
being a highly bureaucratic body, so far slowly processes information. As a
result, official issue of brochures, describing the latest inventions, is
delayed by 2 to 3 months. And this only a time delay in the Russian link of the
patent distribution chain (patents written in Russian and released in Russia).
To translate patents, patent applications and designs description, a lot of time
also required (typically, 3 to 6 months). Therefore, total delay time (since
patent registration date) reaches 5 to 9 months.
