It is designed for anticorrosion protection of steel underground long distant oil pipelines (diameter - up to 1 220 mm included) at their major repairs under the operating temperature not higher than +40°C.
Combined coating is formed out of bitumen polymer priming (primer), a layer of bitumen polymer mastic and thermo-shrinking tape. It is carried out directly on the place of pipeline installation in the ditch on the surface of pipeline.
The concept of diagnosis permits to act out the documented ultrasonic non-destructive joint monitoring and flaw parameter change from the moment of production and during the exploitation. Each welded joint is received its own flaw detection certificate.
