| PREPARATION "ECOIL-P"|
|The preparation in liquid and dry forms is produced on the base of Pseudomonas putida-9, saprofite strain of Pseudomonas genus. It is used for the treatment of slightly (0.5%) and strongly (20%) polluted territories from oil products.
Activity of the preparation with regard to different oil products is 72% for raw oil, 73% for mazut, 77% for diesel fuel.
Lyophilized preparation is stored at 4° Ñ
during 2 years.|
| PREPARATION “ECOIL-A”|
|The preparation is intended for the treatment of territories polluted with raw oil and oil products. It is produced on the base of Acinetobacter sp. (Ac.sp.) NB-1 strain.
The preparation is produced in liquid and lyophihzed forms.
Activity of liquid preparation is 1.2õ10^9 cells per 1 cubic cm. Lyophihzed preparation contains 2.3-5.5õ10^11 cells per 1 g; when being stored in a refrigerator (4°C) it loses its activity by 2-Ofold during two years. Oil-oxidizing
activity of “Ecoil-A” during this period decreases inconsiderably.|
| PREPARATION "ECOIL-M"|
|Used for remediation of areas polluted with oil and oil products. Available as a liquid or
liophylized form. Involves bacteria of Mycobacteriinn tiavescens (M.fl.) EX strain. In the liquid form the count of bacteria remains to be 1x10^8 cells/ml for 30 days with 1% glucose added and for 3 months with oil (0.5%) added.
Cell density of the dry preparation is 2x10^11 cells/g. Cells decrease in number by only an order for two years when kept at 4°C. Its oil-oxidizing activity varies slightly.
M-fl.-based preparation possesses oil-oxidizing and bioemulsifying activities. It is highly active at both 28° and 20°C. Kerosene is the most biodegradable product. Biodegradations of kerosene are similar at 10° and 28°C, being 81% and 89% , respectively.|
| TECHNOLOGY FOR PURIFICATION OF RECIRCULATING WATERS OF COOLING NETWORK OF ATOMIC STATIONS FROM OIL PRODUCTS AND RADIO-NUCLIDES BY PHYSICO-BIOL. METOD|
|The technology is useful for purification of recirculating waters of atomic stations from oil products and R-nuclides. The technology implies the use of special oil-oxidizing microbial strains resistant to ferrocyanide salts, 37Cs, 50Co and heavy metal ions.
The technology involves purification in vertically designed biofilters by using biosorbent absorbing heavy metal ions and radionuclides. The technology provides:
deep purification of slightly active waters from R-nuclides (up to 98%);
purification from oil-products up to no less than 0,l-0,5mg/l;
recirculation of purified water. |
