  MAGNETIC COLLECTOR ADSORBENT FOR REMOVAL OF OIL SPILLS FROM WATER SURFACE AND SOLID SURFACES
Neftakleen is the material converting oil products into magnetic susceptible materials thus providing collection of oil spills from water surface as well as from solid surfaces, by magnetic field.

  ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY TECHNOLOGY USING COMPOSITIONS BASED ON CELLULOSE ETHERS
This technology, using compositions based on cellulose ethers, provides an increase of reservoir sweep due to partial or complete blocking of watercut high permeability formations and subsequent redistribution of flood front. Polymer compositions based on ethers, cellulose-methylcellulose, carboxymethilcellulose, oxyethilcellulose, etc. are used to create an impermeable or low permeable barrier to filtration. The technology is used at late stage of development of oil fields, comprising heterogeneous as to permeability, reservoirs. The technology is widely introduced in oil fields of Tatarstan Republic during 10 years. About 2 min. of additionally produced oil has been obtained as a result of introduction. Specific technological efficiency makes up 400-500 t of additionally produced oil per one ton of injected reagent.

  APPLICATION OF THE TAPE POLYTERM IN COMBINED PROTECTIVE COATING ON THE BASE OF BITUMEN POLYMER MASTIC
It is designed for anticorrosion protection of steel underground long distant oil pipelines (diameter - up to 1 220 mm included) at their major repairs under the operating temperature not higher than +40C. Combined coating is formed out of bitumen polymer priming (primer), a layer of bitumen polymer mastic and thermo-shrinking tape. It is carried out directly on the place of pipeline installation in the ditch on the surface of pipeline.

  MASTIC POLYMER BITUMEN ’MPBT’
Mastic polymer bitumen tape (MPBT) is designed for corrosion protection of outside surface of steel underground oil- and gas pipelines at their repair at temperature up to + 40C. Mastic tape is made by a method of application of a mastic on a polymer film from polyvinylchloride (PVC) or from a material on the basis of modified polyethylene.

  HIGH GOR BOTTOMHOLE PUMPING UNIT
The Unit provides satisfactory complete separation of oil from gas (at gas content 100 cub.m/cub.m and over), controls annulus pressure and gas flow through the annulus. It creates optimal conditions for bottomhole pump operation, reduces possibility of forming gas hydrates and wax deposits, and increases oil production.

  HYDROMECHANICAL SLOT PERFORATION
Secondary completion technology with 60, 73 mm diameter tubing run perforator geophysically linked to cross-section allows forming large-length longitudinal split with roll-on disk (all-point loading metal plastic deformation principle) in the required casing interval, and washing a cavity with fluid jetting in the cement ring and rock.

  HIGH GOR FLOW PRODUCTION UNIT
The unit prevents wax deposits, provides for coordination in "formation well oil-flow pipeline" system operation and increases oil production.

  INSULATION CONTROL DEVICE
Insulation quality control device is used to control quality of electric cable and electric motor insulation at the wells equipped with submersible centrifugal pump units at environment temperatures down to -40C.

  NEW HIGHLY EFFICIENT ENVIRONMENTALLY CLEAN MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGIES
A microwave installation for heating gelated oil products in oil tank car (bitumens and residual fuels) has been developed and tested; it achieves a severalfold reduction of the heating duration and the power consumption compared with existing techniques and releases no harmful discharges into the atmosphere. The installation can be used to heat various gelated products of the petrochemical and the woodchemical industry. Microwave heating of gelated products is more efficient than using steam or external electric heaters because the microwave energy penetrates dielectric products to a considerable depth and heats them from inside with minimal energy losses. By adjusting the microwave generator to the load (the heated product) with the aid of a special radiator, up to 90% of the microwave energy can be converted to heat inside the product.
