High biological activity and low probability of the formation of the resistant population are the advantages of the biopesticides of combined action.

PRODUCTION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF B. THURINGIENSIS TRANSCONJUGATIVE STRAINS AS PRODUCERS OF NOVEL BIOINSECTICIDES

Crossing of different enthomopathogenic strains with a subsequent screening of recombinant strains is one of the most suitable ways to improve properties of producers. Enthomocidal properties of B. thuringiensis subsp. thuring. strain 98 were modified. This strain is a producer for the preparation "Bitoxibacillin" Properties of B. thurg. subsp. tenebrionis 1516 synthesizing Coleoptera-specific delta toxin were modified as well. They were modified through crossing of these strains and B. thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki strain HD-1, the producer for preparation "Dipel".
