HOLDER FOR MANUAL DRILL AND SCREWDRIVER SHARPENING.

FIELD: mechanics; instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: holder for manual drill andscrewdriver sharpening consists of a base with aV-groove arranged along the whole of its length for accommodation and fixation of the tools being sharpened, front guides and a tool holding and clamping fixture. The flat polygon-shaped base is fabricated of a sheet material and additionally equipped with rear guides. The front and the rear
guides are positioned so that to form the polygon angles lying on the polygon longitudinal symmetry axis. The tool holding and clamping fixture may be dismantled for mounting on the polygon top.
The angles formed by the polygon front guides and additional rear guides correspond to the point angles of tools being sharpened (the drill and the Phillips screwdriver accordingly).

EFFECT: refined precision of positioning of the tool being sharpened due to reliable holding and fixation; extension of the holder functional capabilities due to compatibility with a wider range of instrument design modifications. 4 cl, 6 dwg
