HYDROCARBON MATERIAL PROCESSING PLANT.

 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermal processing of hydrocarbon material, specifically to pyrolysis plant for worn tires and other
secondary polymer-containing materials to make pyrolysis products industrially utilisable as energy resources and for making general
mechanical rubber goods and sorbents. Hydrocarbon material processing plant contains pyrolysis reactor equipped with heat, pyrolysis products withdrawal system containing the pipeline connecting pyrolysis chamber and heat exchanger, pyrolysis products performance modifying system, pyrolysis vapour gases separating system.
Herewith the plant contains at least two pyrolysis reactors. Each reactor is supplied with removable pyrolysis chamber with in-built
replaceable lattice high-level rack storage. Pyrolysis products performance modifying system contains collectors mounted on the covers of pyrolysis chambers and detachably connected to vertical channels opened in lower parts and arranged by perimeter of lateral surface within the bodies of pyrolysis chambers, and the pipeline through control unit with inert gas and reagent tanks. Pyrolysis vapour gases separating system represents tandem rectification column and heat exchanger. Herewith thus main pipeline of
pyrolysis vapour gases withdrawal system connects directly each pyrolysis chamber and rectification column and provided with rotary unions installed on each pyrolysis chamber. The pipeline connecting pyrolysis chamber and heat exchanger is bypass and is provided with stop valve. Besides in the plant, each rotary union of pyrolysis vapour gases withdrawal system can be equipped with tight hinge consisting of fixed cup and in-built rotary pipe. Furthermore the lower part of the external cup contains toroid-shape groove with the balls, while the lower part of the rotary pipe contains ring with conic butt at the angle 60-62to its axis with which the rotary pipe rests on the balls. Furthermore the upper part of the fixed cup is equipped with oil-seal. Besides each pyrolysis reactor of the plant can
be supplied with metal one-piece body equipped with heat source designed as heating elements equispaced on the internal surface in lining channels grouped for series disconnection of heating elements.

EFFECT: lower power inputs, accelerated material processing, improved quality of made pyrolysis products, produced light fuels (petrol, diesel fuel, kerosene) directly during hydrocarbon material processing and enhanced ecological cleanliness of hydrocarbon material processing. 3 cl, 1 tbl, 3 dwg
