Rapanin
— a new biologically active food additive
The product contains up 30% of
dry matter, 2.0-2.2% of nitrogenous substances including readily available
aminoacids and oligopeptides, up1 % of oil characterized by a high content of
polyunsaturated fatty acids.
The products rich in biogenous
macro- and microelements.
According to the data obtained by
the Radiological Research Center of Russian Academy of Medicine Sciences the
product exhibits high radioprotective and hemostimulating effects.
Normative and technical
documentation for rapanin production has been worked out.
