A method to survey nature phenomenon local area

Nature phenomenon local area survey method provides for air delivery of research equipment to the phenomenon local area, collection of date on the phenomenon development with the help of the said equipment, transfer of gathered information to an analytic control center, and analysis and processing of data received.

According to the newly-developed method, reference data, characterizing various nature phenomena, are introduced and stored at the analytic control center. Before investigating a phenomenon, equipment installed on global network stationary meteorological satellites gathers information about an initial stage of the phenomenon development and its local area coordinates and transfers preliminary data to the analytic control center. Preliminary data are compared with the previously introduced reference values. Based on the said comparison results, a type of the phenomenon is determined to select proper research equipment which is to be delivered to the local area in accordance with the local area coordinates received from satellites.

The proposed modification of the newly-developed method are as follows:

  1. Analytic control center is located onshore.

  2. Analytic control center is located offshore.

  3. Analytic control center is located on the circum-earth orbit.

  4. Analytic control center is located on aircraft.

  5. Ballistic missile is used to deliver research equipment to a phenomenon local area. Flight task with a preset azimuth, coordinates and missile trajectory active part cyclogram is developed at the analytic control center and is introduced in the ballistic missile control system.

  6. A Start generation space missiles are used to deliver research equipment to a phenomenon local area.

  7. Flight task is automatically introduced in a missile control system.

  8. Unlike Pos.5 and Pos.6, a missile launching installation is located at the analytic control center.

  9. Unlike Pos.8, a missile launching installation is located outside the analytic control center.

  10. Unlike Pos.5 and Pos.9, additional missile is used to deliver research equipment to a phenomenon local area. Having processed and analyzed data received from the research equipment, analytic control center corrects a missile flight task preset in the missile control system.

  11. Unlike Pos.5 and Pos.10, missile comprises acceleration and adjustment stages and a head cowling to protect research equipment. When the stages are separated, kinematic parameters of missile trajectory are corrected within 5-100 s of the time the adjustment stage was brought in operation. Research equipment is separated provided that even distribution of the said equipment in the prolonged zone of its entrance to dense atmosphere layers is ensured.

  12. A spaceship launched to a circum-earth orbit in advance is used to deliver research equipment to a phenomenon local area.

  13. Infrared radiometer and infrared spectrometer are used to collect information about a phenomenon development initial stage on global network stationary meteorological satellites.

  14. Global network stationary meteorological satellites transfer preliminary information about “typhoon eye” finding to analytic control center. Research equipment is delivered to a phenomenon local area, remote by 1-15 km from the “typhoon eye”.
