The purpose of the given activity is
not the participation in dispute on that, acts or the principle of Mach does not
act, participates or the Universe in formation of properties of a microcosmos
does not participate. By a problem of this activity was - to attempt to
systematize to some extent number already of available empirical and theoretical
calculations tangent known properties of a world, ambient us, by decomposing
them "on shelves ".
