PRODUCTION OF BITUMEN FROM ACID TAR
FIELD: production of bitumen from acid tar.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes heating,
evaporation of water, neutralization of acid and oxidation of oxygen of air.
Acid tar is heated by electrochemical method by introducing electrodes into acid
rat mass. Method provides for reduction of power requirements due to ability of
acid tar to conduct electric current.
EFFECT: reduced power requirements; reduced
