MATRIX FOR REPROCESSING OF WORN-OUT AUTOMOBILE TIRES

FIELD: tire industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reprocessing of worn-out automobile tires, including those containing metal cord, and it can be used for secondary processing of rubberized-cloth articles and other materials with textile and metal reinforcement members. Proposed matrix for reprocessing of worn-out automobile tires with through holes in cavities is of detachable design and it is installed on supports for turning over. Matrix is furnished with die and pressure chamber secured in common holder. Each pressure chamber consists of bandage and sleeve fitted one onto the other and sealing rings are installed in ring groove located on inner diameter in butt joining planes of pressure chambers with die.

EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of matrix owing to reduction of labor input in process of replacement and repair of worn parts. 1 dwg
