MACHINE FOR EXTRACTING OF PLANTS FROM
SOIL
FIELD: agricultural
engineering, in particular,
forestry and horticulture.
SUBSTANCE: machine has main frame equipped with
carrier wheels, additional frame, vertical knives, horizontal knife, rotary
working tool, and conveyor with drive mechanism. Additional frame has carrier
wheels, mechanism for lifting additional frame to transport position, and
operator's seat. Additional frame is positioned laterally of main frame and
mounted thereon by means of bracket. Vertical and horizontal knives are mounted
on main frame. Conveyor is mounted on additional frame perpendicular to
longitudinal axis thereof. Rotary working tool is positioned between main and
additional frames and is made in the form disk mounted on horizontal surface
positioned at an angle of 20-30 deg to horizontal plane. Disk is equipped with
blades positioned in disk plane and adapted for moving plants and feeding them
onto conveyor and teeth arranged at an acute angle to disk surface and adapted
for causing disk to rotate due to engagement thereof with soil. Horizontal knife
is provided with grid congruent with respect to circle described by disk blade
ends. One end of grid is connected to horizontal knife and other end is
positioned at level higher than conveyor.
EFFECT: improved quality of stocked
seedlings and reduced production costs. 3 dwg
