DEVICE FOR OIL SLUDGE PROCESSING

FIELD: oil producing industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes body with branch pipes, capacitor supplied with electromagnetic energy from high-frequency generator to capacitor upper disk.

Located along body axis is metal tube whose lower part has vertical slots and water outlet pipe.

Tube upper part is connected with capacitor lower disk.

Tube lower part is connected through insulator and metal faceplate with device body.

There is probe connected electrically with electronic device for control of reversing electric motor.

Metal faceplate is installed for vertical motion and connected with drive of reversing electric motor.

Capacitor disks are metallic provided with holes for oil passage.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation of oil sludge into oil and water. 1 dwg
