METHOD FOR
PROCESSING OF INDUSTRIAL WATER-AND-OIL CONTAINING WASTES
FIELD: metal working and metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using slime containing
17-20 wt% of water and oil; drying slime in straight-line rotating furnace
equipped with rotoclone at temperature of 300-350 C for 20-30 min; obtaining dry
magnetic metal concentrate and mixing it with liquid glass; briquetting said
mixture; drying briquettes at temperature below 100 C. During processing of
rolled out abrasive-free slime, magnetic concentrate is obtained immediately
after drying in drum-type furnace, and during processing of polishing slime,
magnetic concentrate is obtained by magnetic separation of dry slime after
drying in drum-type furnace. Briquettes are dried at ambient temperature for
2.5-3.0 hours or at temperature of 75-100 C for 20-30 min. When drying in
drum-type furnace, volatile compounds are separated and deposited in rotoclone
with the use of solution of milk of lime, with following regeneration of said
solution by means of floater. Method allows briquettes to be obtained, which are
sufficiently strong to be transported for remelting.
EFFECT: reduced material, power and labor
consumption for manufacture of briquettes and ecological safety. 6 cl
