TURBOEXPANDER POWER PLANT
- It is designed to reduce excessive gas
pressure of cross-country pipeline gas at gas distribution stations and gas
distribution points when tapping it to consumers, with nominal gas flow rate
of 8 kg/s and to generate electric 6.3 kV AC three-phase power using
potential energy liberated during this process.
- It can be used simultaneously as a unit for
producing cold for industrial and household needs.
- There are no similar plants produced in the
CIS countries.
- The article is manufactured with financial
support of the State Innovation Fund of Ukraine.

SPECIFIC FEATURES
- Manufacture of the plant comprising two modules
of container-unit design makes special erection work unnecessary.
- Availability of high-efficient system for remote
monitoring, control and diagnostics, manufactured by FESTO company (Germany),
ensures a high degree of reliability and convenient operating conditions.
- Possibility of employing the plant at different
gas-distribution stations with various parameters of natural gas flow and
pressure due to use of turbine featuring variable nozzle guide vanes.
- Stable operation in parallel with each other and
with external power system.
- Payback and getting of high profit in a short
period of time.
