Heat energy meter STS.M-100,150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1000

The heat energy meter is designed to calculate the energy generated or consumed by an industrial enterprise the infrastructure of which employs hot water of up to 140°C.

The heat energy meter comprises:

  • heat-transfer medium flow variable reluctant pickup ERIS.VT (ERIS.VLT) - 2 pcs;
  • temperature sensor with electrical output signal 4-20 mA (0-5 mA) - 2 pcs;
  • heat control micro-processing unit BKT.M - 1 pc.
  • Cold and hot water flowmeters and pressure sensors can be delivered by a special order.

The flow transducers provide a proportional conversion of the fluid flow rate (cold or hot water) into a digit-pulse signal and are implanted into "direct" and "reverse" conduits.

The heat control unit BKT.M provides:

  • Switching and power supply of the flow transducers by 4 channels with an output frequency or digit-pulse signal (electromagnetic, vortex-type, turbine-type).
  • Switching and power supply of the temperature and pressure sensors by 6 channels with the current output of 4-20 mA (0-5 mA).
  • Processing of the sensor generated signals using the given algorithm and calculation of the heat amount for 2 heat supply channels.
  • Registration and storage of the data on hourly average (flow rate, pressure, temperature, heat capacity) and final parameters (the amount of heat energy, heat-carrier mass and the operating time) for the last 2 months in the energy-depending memory.
  • The data transfer to the upper level using the standard interface RS232, RS485.
  • Recording of the saved data on a magnetic disk using a built-in disk drive.
  • Output of the parameters using a built-in mesomorphic (liquid-crystal) display (indicator).

The unit realizes any configurations of the operation system (open, closed, independent heating systems, and other recording systems of energy resources).

The system configuration and its parameters can be directly changed at the site using a keyboard.
