Diagnostic complex “SCANLINER” for technical inspection of lining of smoke chimneys without their stop

Smoke chimneys of the industrial operations difficult high-altitude engineering facilities, inside which the flow of aggressive gases of high temperature is gone. The technical inspection of smoke chimneys from within is conventional made by mounting a passenger jack and shooting by the video camera. Thus the full switching-off of the equipment of the operation, hooked up to a chimney is necessary. It is connected to significant labour costs and large financial losses.

The diagnostic complex "SCANLINER" is unique, process engineering, not having analogs, of examination of smoke chimneys from within without cut off of the equipment of the operation working with a chimney.

Structure of a diagnostic complex “SCALINER”

The scanning device

The handling gear:

  • Boom of variable length from 1.2 up to 8 m;
  • Automatic moving out and manipulations above top of a smoke in a zone of heightened temperatures;
  • Turn angle of the crane - 3600;
  • Maximum weight-lifting capacity - 0.5 t;
  • Anticorrosive Cover;
  • Capability of the installation on emergency smoke chimneys
  • The winch is supplied unique anti-rotation rope (up to 6 rev/min).

Computer and software for processing of output data:

  • Filtration of the image;

  • Diagnostics of defects.

 

Operating principle of a diagnostic complex "SCANLINER"

  1. Installation of the handling device on the top of a working smoke;

  2. Rise of the device for scanning from a surface of ground to the top of a smoke chimney and descent inside of a chimney;
  3. Returning of the device for scanning to ground;
  4. Dismantling of the handling device:
  5. Processing of output data.

Basic performances of a diagnostic complex "SCANLINER"

  1. Maximum height of inspected chimneys - 400 м;
  2. Minimum diameter of smoke chimneys - 1.2 м;
  3. Maximum temperature inside inspected chimneys - 3000C;
  4. Velocity of scanning - 10 м/mines;
  5. Resolving power at detection of defects of lining - up to 2 mm;
  6. Overall dimensions of the device for scanning - 1000 x 1200 mm;
  7. Weight of the device for scanning - 120 kg;
  8. Weight of the handling device – 720 kg;
  9. Attendants - 3 man (1 engineer, 2 electricians);
  10. Time of mounting of the handling device - 1 day.
