SOLAR PHOTOELECTRIC MODULE AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

FIELD: solar photoelectric modules for power generation.

SUBSTANCE: module case that has two glass sheets is sealed on at least three ends with aid of high-temperature sealing compound such as glass solder that forms ribbon-like joint; current take-off contacts are brought outside through one of butt-ends; easy-flowing chemically neutral heat- conducting dielectric liquid such as liquid silicon is used as transparent liquid. Process for manufacturing solar photoelectric module includes introduction of sealing material in the form of glass solder into clearance on at least three sides over outline, jointing of glass sheets by heating glass solder to melting point of 300-500 C, hole drilling in one of butt- ends, case filling with liquid through mentioned hole, and sealing of hole.

EFFECT: enhanced service life and solar energy conversion efficiency of module due to use of its heat part. 9 cl, 6 dwg
