TRANSFER OF HIGH-VISCOSITY RESIDUES OBTAINED IN OIL-REFINING PROCESS
FIELD: pipe line transportation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes extraction
and transfer of oil refinery tar by obtaining oil-in-water dispersions from said
tar; such dispersions contain at least 20 mass-% of water; dispersing agent is
selected from salts of alkaline metals, ammonium and respective mixtures and
salts of polymer sulfonates obtained due to condensation of naphthalenesulfonic
acid and formaldehyde. Proposed method includes the following stages: (a)
thinning of tar by heating it to temperature equal to its softening point; (b)
mixing thinned tar with required amount of water and dispersing agent for
forming oil-in-water dispersion and (c) extracting and mixing tar in form of
oil-in-water dispersion obtained at stage (b).
