Pneumatic
transport is intended for transferring bulk materials. Movement in
horizontal and vertical planes is possible. Depending on loading and discharge
conditions transportation is carried out under excess air pressure or under
rarefaction.
Screw pumps
for pumping liquids and pastes with viscosity of 200-50000 poise. Maximum
working pressure is 6 MPa. The range of pumps is presented with a series of
production capacity, m3/hr: 0.25-0.6; 1-3; 3.2-7.5.
Gasket-free
pumps are used for pumping explosion-hazardous liquids and also for
obtaining fine-grained emulsions. Absence of closed volumes is design advantage
of these type pumps. Head pressure is up to 0.25 MPa. The range is presented
with a series of production capacity, m3/hr: 0.08-0.3; 3-5;
10-15; 20-30.
Injectors
transporting to mix and transfer two flows of liquids, one of which is a
carrier.
Feeders
for feeding bulk and difficulty bulk materials. Feeder type (worm, spiral, disk,
etc.) is determined by a product kind and production capacity required.
Mills
for coarse-grinding materials with hardness no more than 6 Mohs units; hammer,
ball, dismembrators, desintergators, and also milling plants for milling grain,
roots of herbal plants and even marble. Attriting units that provide milling to
1 µm are used for fine milling.
