How to fight with fatness?

Trying to get rid of the overweight quicker, many go on fasting or take excessive physical exercises. Meanwhile, this isn’t the best way to grow thin, since it results in proteolysis of proteins, but not in splitting the fat, which is a chief reason of overweight. At the same time, metabolic processes start passing strongly disbalanced.

Specialists assert that fat accumulation goes gradually and, therefore, the reverse process, fat reducing, has to go gradually as well. Only long-term tenacity, but not a short-term energetic breakthrough, leads to success.

The meal we have doesn’t depend on organism physiological requirements, it depends on emotional and psychological factors, family traditions and customs.

Obese people are noticed to respond to a stress situation by increasing their appetite: these people in general are inclined to eat sweet, fat-containing food.

Very often food becomes a prerequisite for people to meet each other: free time is filled with feeding. Cakes, candies, ice-cream being sold in theaters, cinemas or simply in the street always seduce us. It’s hard to withstand this enticement; to overcome the psychological barrier, considerable obstinacy is required. Obstinacy is the first and most necessary condition to fight the fatness.

Physical exercises is the second important condition. Sport activity is definitely the most efficient way of energy “burning”, but very often this method, being presumably an affair for youngsters, is unacceptable for busy people. Microgymnastics, which can be done even sitting in the armchair, is recommended for elder people instead of active sport exercises. The main requirement is to remember always about the importance of regular movement - despite the work you do.

The 3rd condition to grow thin is to reduce meal calorific value. People are claimed must feed diversely, following eating stereotype set over the years, but reduce food caloricity. No natural product harms a healthy man if this product is consumed in accordance with the organism’ energy release. Thus, it’s necessary to know chemical composition and calorific value of the meal you are going to eat.

It’s advisable to eat four times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and a cup of milk or kefir tonight). To hamper appetite, it’s recommended to slowly gulp a glass of cold water every time before eating. In addition, it’s advised to avoid salt food and consume products with limited salt content; food has to be chewed slowly and thoroughly. Feeding process has to last over 15 to 20 minutes. The more the dining time, the lesser appetite.

Specialists developing this methodology say that, feeding in such a manner, it’s possible to lose not less than 2 kg in the first week only. If this didn’t happen, then it’s necessary to reduce calorific value of the meal again, but no more than by one-fifth.

Don’t try to lose your weight very quickly! That’s the main advice.
