Rotary-Pulsed Machine
А modified design of the
rotary-pulsed machine (RPM) has new features because it acts on the processed
flow in mutually perpendicular directions with electromagnetic fields, and thus
opens up additional potential for its effective application.
Rotary-pulsed machines are based
on pumping machines of varying productivity widely manufactured industrially and
combine principles of operation of desintegrators, crushers of colloid mills and
centrifugal pumps, effectively using separated-type hydrodynamic cavitation when
cavitation beads collapse in liquid and not on channel walls. It allows for the
use of the destructive effect of cavitation for intensive treatment of liquid
compositions without destroying working parts of the equipment.
New fields for using RPMs based
on new technologies include:
- Production of construction materials:
- emulsions used as separators of lubricants and
coolants at temperatures ranging from -20oC to +200oC
and saving up to 60% of oils; bituminous and polymer-bituminous mastic
fillers and dressing compounds produced from low-grade raw materials and
wastes;
- plasticizing admixtures, fillers, glues,
paints (with their penetrating power increased 3 to 4 times, consumption of
scarce materials reduced 3 to 4 times, mixing time shortened, and quality
and operation properties improved);
- cement and clay suspensions for producing
high-strength concrete and cement-containing highly strong ceramic products;
- artificial marble and concrete decorative
coatings with the full range of pigmentation on various bases (there are
hardly any analogs anywhere in the world. The marble is as good as natural
marble in its colors and properties);
- high-strength profiles instead of metal
constructions;
- cellular concrete;
- extremely strong concrete tubes for varying
purposes.
- Oil refining industry:
- oil-water and mazout-water emulsions to be
used as fuel in power production (water-fuel emulsion allows for a decrease
in fuel consumption in boilers and furnaces to 21%); production of oils and
lubricants with improved friction and anti-corrosive characteristics for use
in machine-building industry; gasoline, diesel and kerosene emulsions for
use in internal combustion engines water, motor and railway transport (allowing
for savings of 15% to 25% of fuel and for the creation of multi-fuel
emulsions and radically new engines on their basis); crack-proof processing
of crude oil; emulsifying of oil with increased content of
paraffin-containing fractions to prevent paraffin clogging on pipeline walls
during oil transportation; processing and utilization of oil sludges and
other carbon-containing wastes.
- Food industry: production of new ecologically
pure lactic-protein products; a production of alimentary yeast; increase of
output of fermentation products and production of brewery products;
production, purification and clarification of alcoholic beverages;
production of bakery yeastless products directly from grain; creation of
mini-bakeries to produce a large variety of products.
- Agriculture and processing of agricultural
products:production of module factories for processing milk, vegetables, and
fruits, designed for farms and industry;production of module factories for
making suspensions from organic and mineral fertilizers, designed for farms
and industry.
- Chemical industry: production of chemicals,
base coatings, varnishes, paints, fillers, putties, etc.production of car
tires and other rubber products.
