The known technique to produce ozonized air includes the supply of air to a gas-discharge area, the generation of high-voltage discharges in that gas-discharge area, the ozonization of the air flow by high voltage discharges, as well as thinning the ozonized flow with air, cooling it down and letting the ozonized air out for consumer purposes.

The technique proposed differs in that the ozonization takes place during the process of air circulation through the gas-discharge area at a speed of 1.2-2.8 m³/s, and the ozonized air is let out at a speed of 0.001 – 0.06 m³/s, and before the ozonized air is let out, the ozone concentration in the ozonized flow is brought to saturation, and, when the ozonized air is let out, the ozone concentration is maintained at a level close to that of saturation.

An appliance to produce ozonized air includes a fan, a discharge unit, a source of high voltage, a heat exchanger and an air duct which is a closed circuit with shutters and other elements provided for in the ozonizer block diagram that ensure the implementation of the proposed technique.
