DEHYDRATION OF PULP AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD
FIELD: concentration of minerals; methods and
devices for dehydration of pulp; concentrating mills, dredges, washing plants.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is effected by means
of device including inclined chute having bottom and side walls with holes
located at different distances from chute bottom reducing towards unloading end,
gate for control of amount of opening of holes mounted in both walls for
downward motion and intake chutes for removal of undersize product mounted on
both sides of chute.
EFFECT: increased productivity; enhanced
efficiency; reduced power requirements and material expenses. 3 cl, 2 dwg
