Excessive sport exercises raise a risk of catching infection

Whereas normal fitness training strengthens man’s immune system, excessive sport exercises, on the contrary, enfeeble the organism. Exhausting sports may be considered as a stress factor debilitating the immune protection.

A root of the problem lies in the fact that, after taking any active sports including those that initiate even slight muscle tissue irritation, organism has to channel major part of its energy to effect the reparation process (recovery) in that body’s part where maximum stress takes place. At the same time, organism’s immune protection functions at the half of its initial capacity.

In addition, stress hormones also make spend part of the energy in great volumes.

Athletes, taking hardy sports, might face health problems in the future. Upper respiratory path infection, diarrhea and stomach infection are the most-frequently appeared kinds of illness athletes typically have.

Recommendations on how to arrange a normal training session allows to release impelling stress that improves immune system and assists in recovering.
