ASSEMBLY TECHNOLOGY FOR THERMOELECTRIC REFRIGERATING MODULES (Peltier
elements)
Mechanical assembly technology
for thermoelectric refrigerating modules developed and applied to manufacturing.
It includes the following:
- Assembly of heat transfers
- Soldering paste applying on metallized
areas of ceramic plates by serigraphic deposition
- Bus vibropacking
- Assembly of heat transfer
- Group soldering of heat transfers in
double-stage belt furnace
- Assembly of modules
- Soldering paste applying on heat transfer
buses
- "P" & "Ï"-type
branch vibropacking from bulk state into metal cassettes according to
desired layout
- Branch transloading on heat transfers
- Assembly of modules
- Group soldering of modules in belt furnace
Offering technology
distinguishes by original technical solutions, which guarantee high working
efficiency, low cost value, highest-grade products. New technology
adaptation doesn't demand appreciable capitalized expenses, and
manufacturing – experienced personnel.
Universal technology allows
producing not only "Melcor" CP-series, but also any configuration
modules with branch cross-section at least 1 x 1 mm.
Working hours for one module is
dependent on branch pair number. For module CP 1,4-127-0,6L it doesn't exceed
10 minutes.
The possible
ways for commercial co-operation
1. The technology purchasing
The technology owner offers full
set of equipment and tools for producing 10000 modules per year and full package
of design and technological documentation, develops it commercially, and trains
production personnel.
The cost of contract for CP
1.4-127-06L modules is $45,000
NOTE
- The equipment used is standardised for any
module producing.
- If customer plans to produce several module
types (standard and original), the technology owner replicates only assembly
tools (no more than 10% of cost).
- If base technology is purchased, customer can
design and replicate new tools based on the main technology principles.
It is possible to patent
collaboratively ingenious technical solutions used in technology offered.
2. The module co-production
The technology owner possesses
the production division in Moscow with capacity of 30000 – 50000 modules
per year (general facilities, equipment, tools, and trained personnel).
The partner must assure stable
orders not less then 1000 units per month and provide current assets for
production.
In this case partner sharing may
be up to 30%.
After technology owner profit
gains ~$45.000 from co-production, partner sharing will be 100%.
