It is intended for protection alternating current electric circuits and users from electrodynamic voltage surcharges (by conditions of industrial hindrances influence) by the alternating current sources use and also in means information transmission and various processings. The device can be used in computers, automatics, electronics etc. The device differ considerable from famous foreign devices of ensures mоге effective protection electric circuits and users from impulse or persistent supervoltage overload under conditions of industrial hindrances influence. The device has higher quick-acting and efficiency and also lesser the non-linear distortion coefficient of the alternating current voltage and improves of safety measure. The device has higher threshold of sensitivity. There is knowhow. There is the USSR Author's Certificate for this device with signature stamp "for the service use". The amount of efficiency consist of:

• the cost for repairing and regulation after repairing disabled units, blocks etc;
