METHOD OF
FIRE-RESISTANT PLATES PRODUCTION
FIELD: metallurgy, particularly, production of
critical rolled products for building structures with high fire resistance.
SUBSTANCE: method includes melting of steel of
definite chemical composition, steel alloying with titanium, and content of
aluminum in steel of 0.005-0.02%, casting of steel, austenization, preliminary
and final deformation and also final cooling of rolled products at temperature
of 720-1000 C at rate of 0.5-10.0 C/s.
EFFECT: higher level of fire resistance of
