PRINTING COLOR OBTAINING METHOD

The method to be patented provides for dispersion of the mixture which consists of a pigment, non-organic extender, binding agent in the form of solution of the polymer resin in coal oil and special additives with the use of a dryer but differs in that used as an extender is a chalk or calcium carbonate and, additionally, barium sulfate, the product of dispersion is subjected to filtering and then to deaeration on a three-roll machine with subsequent introduction of mechanized polyethylene wax into it, mixing them in a vacuum mixer during 10 to 15 min with simultaneous correction o the obtained paste color by adding dryer into it and by repeated correction o the obtained monopaint.

The patent describes four more kinds of new technology: use of various color additives, furnace black with a specific surface area of 105 m²/g as a pigment; use of a polymer resin in coal oil as a binding agent with a boiling temperature of 180 to 210 ^oC, viscosity of 180 to 240 P and density of 0.9 to 1.0 g/cm³;introduction of an anti-offset paste based on aerosyl with a viscosity of 200 to 450 P and a density of 0.9 to 1.0 g\cm³.
