FLOW-TYPE
INDUSTRIAL GAS CHROMATOGRAPH
This new industrial chromatograph provides for a
combination of its blast-resistance with its small dimensions and mass which is
explained by the fact that there is no need in using additional gases, with
power consumption reduced 10-20 times.
The
new chromotograph is designed to automatically control the content of
technological gas mediums and industrial discharges ( explosion protection type
- 1ExdIIAT3). Its cost is lower and its overall dimensions are smaller than
those of its best world analogs. Moreover, it can be used at fixed or mobile gas
mediums automatic control stations, including oil and gas fields, when drilling
for exploration and extraction, in power industries, in performing ecological
control, and in other industries. It is especially useful in faraway and hard to
reach places and when you have to be always on the move.
The new chromatograph's distinctive features
consist in a combination of its blast-resistance with its small dimensions and
mass. Comparison with its analogs produced by Siemens, Dany, Combustion
Engineering, Delsi and others show the following:
(1) mass and overall dimensions (6-60 times
smaller);
(2) power consumption (10-20 times lower);
(3) while running there is no need in external
sources of gas-bearer;
(4) there is no need in compressed gas for
pneumatic drives;
(5) there is no need in additional gas for
inflating its external shell.
Major fields of application:
gas content control of drilling muds ;
gas content control at petroleum stabilization
plants ;
control of gas condensate, natural gas and gases
at gas
fractionating
plants; conversion gases control, hydrogen-containing circulation gases control;
control of gases at plants used in catalytic and thermic cracking, reforming,
hydrogenation; control of gas mixtures, fuel waste gases, blast-furnace gases,
tuyere gases, flue gases and waste gases given off by sintering and roasting
furnaces; control of gas-based protection mediums used in metallurgy, etc;
also can be used to take control of the content
of gas technological discharges into the atmosphere ( for example at the apex of
a smoke stack, at the mouth of drainages, torches, etc).
With the multifaceted character of consumer
market, the chromatograph's efficiency, its low cost price and considerably low
installation and launching expenditures taken into account, the evaluation of
the possible effect of its introduction evidences good returns from its
production and marketing.
An experimental sample has been manufactured,
preparations for production of a number of such samples are underway. Major
technological solutions have been checked out and their patent freshness has
been established as regards the Russian Federation, Germany, USA, Great Britain,
France and Italy.
