METHOD OF PROCESSING CELLULOSE-CONTAINING WASTES

FIELD: wood-pulp and paper industry.

SUBSTANCE: method may be used for utilization of cellulose-containing wastes in the form of wood chips gathered wood wastes, paper sleeves, laminated and wet-strength paper and cardboard. Preliminary processing of initial wastes is performed in apparatuses of knife type with shaft rotation speed of 28-40 rpm. After processing, wastes are separated through sieve. Then wastes are ground in air medium in hammer mill provided with hammers having two-sided beveled working surfaces at peripheral velocity of hammer rotor of 1000-3000 rpm and speed of motion of air-material flow of 8-25 m/s. Ready ground product is removed through chamber with rarefaction of 90-130 mm of water column.

EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 tbl
