DEVICE FOR PROCESSING OF TIRES CONTAINING METAL CORD

FIELD: devices used for processing of tires with metal cord.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a body, device for loading of the tires to be processed, device for unloading of the processing products, and a transformer with a primary winding. The device is provided with a crosspiece with a device for installation of tires installed for rotation. The transformer is made with a movable yoke coupled to the crosspiece closing the magnetic circuit via a magnetic gap. The transformer primary winding is connected to a controllable converter providing for feeding of an electric pulse in the form of a damped sinusoid. The crosspiece speed is adjusted so as to ensure separation of rubber the metal cord due to centrifugal forces. The device is provided with an atomizer for atomization of water and a device for tire notching.
