A
method to manufacture crystal components for high frequency quartz
resonators
The method proposed includes
preliminary polishing of crystal components with abrasive powders and
intermediate & final two-sided polishing by micro-powders with consequent
reduction of abrasive grains size. The innovation is that the preliminary
polishing is performed only for one side. Deep chemical etching is carried out
before the final two-sided polishing with micro-powders.
