A method of manufacture of a tight cable connector

Under the methods applied nowadays each pair of joining current-conducting parts is connected to a contact bar. A layer of a high temperature rubber mix had previously been applied to and vulcanized on the intermediate part of the contact bar. The joints obtained in such a manner are wrapped with dielectric tapes, placed into the rubber mix and then vulcanized. According to the new method, in the first place the forms with grooves are manufactured from a low temperature dielectric rubber mix incompletely vulcanized by then. When current conducting parts were joined, they are placed into the grooves. The package obtained is wrapped with a low temperature dielectric rubber mix tape in two layers. The tape for outer layer is made from a corrosive-resistant material. Vulcanization goes in two stages. At the first stage the rubber mix has not been completely vulcanized. At the final stage, after filling the voids and non-covered recesses in the rubber mass with low temperature corrosive-resistant slices, final vulcanization takes place. At this stage current conducting parts are joined with the contact bar by soldering.
