RUBBER WASTE
RECYCLING METHOD
 FIELD:
chemical industry; rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in
chemical industry for production of adsorbents, in rubber industry for
production of ingradients for rubber mixtures and fuel energy-producing complex
for utilization of waste. According to proposed method, rubber waste is
subjected to thermal decomposition in steam-gas medium, and products of
decomposition are separated, solid ones are separated from gaseous ones. Solid
products of decomposition are into activation furnace into which water steam in
amount of 0.8 - 1.6 kg per of solid products is added. Gaseous mixture from
activation furnace is discharged at mass ratio of water steam and activation
gases in mixture of (3-0.6):1, and it is used steam-gas medium for thermal
decomposition of waste.
EFFECT: reduced amount of harmful gaseous
effluents in process of waste recycling. 2 cl, 1 dwg
