Latest Inventions Engines A METHOD OF PRE-OPERATIONAL WARMING-UP OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES
A
method of pre-operational warming-up of internal combustion engines
In the traditional methods, phase
transition heat accumulators are used as a source of heat. They utilize and
accumulate a waste energy of internal combustion engines available in waste
gases or cooling liquid. The method proposed provides for application of a
substance which can exist in a liquid phase at the temperatures below the
“melting-crystallization” phase transition temperature, and release hidden
crystallization heat upon external intended interference resulting in a
formation of crystallization clusters, as an accumulating matter.
