METHOD OF
DECONTAMINATION OF HYDROCARBON WASTE
FIELD: processing of production waste from metal
working plants and metallurgical works.
SUBSTANCE: waste is mixed with calcium-containing
reagent, water-oil soluble surfactant is added, the whole is mixed in turbulent
mode till stable suspension state of mixture is attained, and film-forming
component is added at the end of mixing process. Mixing is carried out, ratios
of components being as follows, wt %: water-oil soluble surfactant, 0.15-0.50
refractory production quicklime with particle dispersity of 150-500 mcm
calculated for active ingredient, 10-40; film-forming component, 0.25-1; water,
15-20; hydrocarbon slurry waste from metal- working plants and metallurgical
works, up to 100. The resulting product is utilized. Method makes it possible to
increase decontamination efficiency by improving mechanical strength and water
repellent properties of granules which encapsulate hydrocarbon waste.
EFFECT: more efficient decontamination method. 8
