The patent considers the METHODS TO FORECAST THE PLACE AND INTENSITY OF EARTHQUAKES, including the measuring of the parameters of several physical Earth processes distinguished by their nature. The proposed method differs from the known ones by that the time of registering electromagnetic radiation generated in the seismic center is established simultaneously at least in three locations; then, if there is any variation of the gravitational field caused by accelerated migration of masses, they state the time of registering this variation, determine the coordinates of the source of electromagnetic waves and the distance to it, and after that by the difference in the time of receiving the signals of electromagnetic waves and that of registering the gravitational field variation caused by the accelerated migration of masses they determine the speed of the said field, assuming that they have one source, and at the speed of gravitational field variation propagation of Sgf = 5.5 ± 0.55 km they conclude that there exists a seismic center and by means of correlation and logical processing of the signals of the registered physical fields they evaluate the parameters of the forecast earthquake.
