 FIELD:
equipment for crushing various materials, scrap rubber inclusive.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with
shafts mounted in parallel in its housing for opposite rotation; shafts are
provided with crushing members made in form of toothed disks with distant bushes.
Screen is mounted under disks on whose inner surface abrading members are
secured. Their lateral surfaces and surfaces of toothed disks are provided with
knurling. Ratio of diameter of toothed disk to diameter of distant bush and to
distance between shafts is equal to 1 : (1.45-1.25).
EFFECT: high degree of crushing material;
