METHOD OF CONTINUOUS REGENERATION OF RAW MATERIAL FROM FINELY CUT WASTES OF FILM WITH COAT AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

FIELD: reworking of any carriers with coats or printed layer.

SUBSTANCE: finely cut wastes f film with coat include polymer substrate with coat or printed layer over it; sometimes it contains pigments; wastes are dispersed in binding matrix; wastes from first accumulating reservoir are introduced into first continuous mixer at room temperature and solution for removal of coat is introduced from second accumulating reservoir; mass of crushed film treated in first cycle is fed to second continuous mixer to which second solution for removal of coat is also fed, after which mass of crushed film is separated from this solution. Then, solid components are removed from this solution and it is again fed to second continuous mixer.

EFFECT: low consumption of regenerative solution. 10 cl, 4 dwg
