METHOD OF
REVEALING THE STRUCTURAL DEFECTS IN SINGLE-CRYSTAL
This method consists in
deformation of the crystal by way of applying to it the mechanical load with its
subsequent chemical pickling in a solution that selectively acts on defects. As
distinct from the known technology, the crystal is deformed here before pickling
by way of its treating for a period of 10 to 30 min. in chemically non-active
liquid using the ultrasound at a frequency of 20 to 40 kHz.
