FIELD: binding agents for sands stabilization; applicable in construction, repair and operation of main gas pipelines and product pipelines, railroads and motor roads, canal slopes, bases of power line supports and communication facilities.

SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminarily preparation of binding agent containing, %: clay 19.49; soda ash 0.5; carboxymethyl cellulose after day wetting 0.02; water 80. Components of binding agent are mixed in mixer for 30 min. Binding agent is applied to sand surface with help of spraying barrel in amount of 10-15 l/sq.m for penetration of binding agent into sand through 18 mm. After drying of obtained coating at temperature of not less than 20 C, it is sprayed with mixture of oil wastes heated to temperature in excess of 60 C and in amount of 0.5-0.6 l/sq.m.
