PILE-DRIVING EXCAVATOR MOUNTED PLANT
A special self-propelled
machine has been created which provides static pressing-in piles of any length
and section with a pressing-in load of up to 90 tons.
Static
pressing in the soil of a pile or a piling bar is a safe and simple way of
arranging pile foundations and piling bar barriers. It excludes dynamic and
vibration loads on both the constructions of nearby buildings and structures and
the pile itself. It enables the use of piles with lower concrete mark which
allows to save cement and diminishes steel rod expenditure.
The driving-in effort depends of
the weight of the machine and it can be increased through adding load up to
100-120 tons. It is also possible to embed piles into previously bored holes
which significantly diminishes the necessary pressing effort.
An essential advantage of this
way consists in its full noiselessness which is of a particular importance
during the execution of works in areas with already existing buildings. The
relatively small dimensions allow the machine to work also in factory shops
where reconstruction is being on and in other premises of a large volume. The
drive and control of the machine are electrical hydraulic.

The plant is transported by a
trailer of by railroad with partial disassembling in conformity with the
transportation/traffic regulations. The manufactured plants correspond to the
international level.
For manufacturing the plant, a
standard machine-building enterprise infrastructure is used. Providing services
on enterprise modernization on an agreed-upon basis, as well as joint finalizing
the plant up to the customer’s request are possible.
At present, the subject plants
are used in restoration works, in districts of old and museum buildings, as well
as in course of Metro stations construction.
