SUBSTANCE:
device has cooled metal case provided with cooled lid, drain unit, and cooled
flat bottom.
Case is assembled of metal tubes placed inside induction heater. It
has upper cooled cylindrical section of height H and inner cross-sectional area
S with its lower cooled end part joined to upper end part of its lower cooled
cylindrical section of height h and internal cross-sectional area s.
Lower end
part of case has hole. Induction heater has inductor of radius Rind
accommodating upper cooled cylindrical section of case and inductor of radius rind
accommodating lower cooled cylindrical section of case.
EFFECT: enhanced
operating safety of device, improved quality of end products, reduced power
