EXCHANGE RESINS
 FIELD: recovery of radioactive resins for their
long- term storage.
SUBSTANCE: device has shielding chamber with charging unit,
pipe connection for conveying gaseous oxidizer, initiating device, discharging
unit, gas-discharge line, and supporting ring; it also has thermal reactor that
has guide chamber and removable container, gas-cleaning system, gas-exhaust
device, and gas-accumulation unit. Device provides for utmost reduction of
recovered resin volume and for greater amount of resins recovered within one
cycle.
EFFECT: improved environmental friendliness and enhanced capacity of
