Complexing sorbents POLYORGS — series of selective polymeric sorbents with different complexing groups.

(Trade mark POLYORGS. Certificate ¹ 68715. 27.04.81 (RV).

These sorbents are designed for:

  • sorptive preconcentration of noble, rare and heavy metals from solutions for their consequent determination for analysis of complex natural and industrial objects;
  • recovery of noble and other metals from technological and waste solutions.

POLYORGS sorbents are characterized by

  • high selective action, high sorptive capacity, fast kinetic and chemical stability.

Those sorbents are used in form of granules, powders, filters and fibrous materials.

POLYORGS sorbents provide selectivity and high degree of metals extraction from solutions, simplicity and quickness of samples preparation, decrease of limits of elements determination, decision of problem of comparative sample's preparation.

For sorption extraction of platinum metals are used

POLYORGS IV, V, VI, XI, XV, XVII, XVIII, XXI, XXVI, XXVII.

For sorption preconcentration of heavy metals are used

POLYORGS VII, IX, XII, XVI, XXII, XXIV.

Sorbents POLYORGS IV, XI, XV, XVII, XVIII, XXI, XXII, XXVI and XXVII may be used in form of "filled" fibrous materials.

POLYORGS IX

Powder, complexing groups - 3 mmol/g

Sb (III), Sb (V) - 1 M HC1, batch, contact time — 0,5 h; Sb (III), Sb (V), As (III), As(V)-1M HCl + 0,04M KJ, batch, contact lime - 0,5 h

POLYORGS XTT

Fibers, complexing groups - 2 mmol/g

Ag, Au - pH 1-7, batch, contact time — 0,5 h; column, flow rate 5 ml/min.

POLYORGS XVI

Granules, complexing groups - 2,1 mmol/g

Cu, Zn, Co, Ni, Pb, Au, Ag - pH - 6, batch, contact time -1 h, concentration of salts — to 230 g/1

POLYORGS XXII

Granules, complexing groups — 2,8 mmol/g

Se (IV) — 6M HC1 — pH 3,5; batch, contact time - 15 min (in microwave oven); Cu, Pb, Co, Ni, Zn, Au, Ag — pH 6, batch, contact time — 1 h.

POLYORGS XXIV

Fibers, complexing groups - 1.2-1,5 mmol/g

Mo, V, Cr (VI), Zr, Nb, Fe (III) -pH - 2, batch, contact lime — 1 h; Cu, Ni, Co, Pb, Cd, Mn — pH 6, column, flow rate 5-10 ml/min.
