Installations for liquidation and utilization of a silt from city and industrial settling tanks available on the market today comprise a silt dilution unit and systems designed for solid and liquid phase separation and sediment packing and dehydration.

In the proposed installation, two groups of equipment sets which provide a two-stage silt treatment are combined. The first stage includes a silt dilution unit, a process activation installation which ensures transition of harmful substances in a solution, a unit for collection and separation of a pulp containing organic substances and a dust, and an equipment set to produce granular organic-mineral fertilizers. The said equipment set comprises a tank for a pulp containing organic substances, a pressing screw with two-three ducts to inject lime and mineral additives, a dryer, an accumulating hopper, a packing automatic device, and containers for additives. The second stage comprises the second process activation installation in which a solid phase falls out in sediment under the influence of additives and an assembly for separation and collection of the sediment containing metal compounds.
