Mobile Repair Shop PRM-1
is designed for performing repair operations in the field conditions.
Technological block of the shop is located in the wagon, installed at the
chassis of high cross-country capability truck KrAZ-250 or KamAZ-5312 (See
Drawing).
Equipment of the shop allows to perform the
following works:
- lathe work;
- milling operations;
- drilling operations;
- mechanical works & sharpening;
- electric manual consumable electrode welding;
- manual Argon-arc welding and consumable
electrode welding.
Availability of diesel generator in the shop
allows to use it in autonomous mode. Connecting to the industrial network of
220/380 V is also provided.
Performance specifications:
The body:
all-metal, heat-insulated, equipped with ventipanes and transmission maintenance
hatches. An external desk is provided for electric tools connection to the
network while working outside the shop.

- Workbench, equipped with dressing plate and a
vice.
- Welding desk, equipped with exhaust blower.
- Pedestal drawer for instrument and equipment of:
- turner;
- under drilling machine;
- under cutter-grinding machine.
Labor protection:
ПРМ-1 is equipped with heating
plants with electrical heaters and individual security means (welder's mask and
special cloth, ear-protecting headphones).
